Janel Clark

Janel Clark has a diverse work experience in the field of hospitality and education. Janel currently works at HOSPA as a Programme Director and Course Tutor, where they are responsible for online tutoring and professional development in revenue management, hospitality finance management, and asset management. Prior to that, they worked at Heyward Group as the Head of Learning and Development, focusing on delivering commercial outcomes through effective training and development initiatives. Janel also worked at Right Revenue as the Head of Training. Additionally, Janel has experience as a Consulting Lecturer at Glion Institute of Higher Education, a Lecturer at CMH Academy, and the Head of Education at SnapShot, a Shiji Group Brand. Janel has also served as a Guest Lecturer at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, ESSEC Business School, and the University of Surrey, and as a Guest Speaker at the Edge Hotel School.
