Laura McPherson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Right Time Group of Companies since April 2016, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment process across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Laura McPherson worked at Ryder System, Inc. from August 2005 to October 2015, progressing from Human Resources Representative to Human Resources Manager, gaining expertise in recruitment strategies, employee orientations, and benefits administration. Laura McPherson holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Sheridan College, completed between 2004 and 2005.
