Rehmah Kasule, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Development - Foundations, Advancement at Western University, where responsibilities include creating the Foundations Portfolio to enhance philanthropic funding. As a Board Member for Right To Play and a Consultant for Lever for Change, Rehmah provides strategic direction and capacity-building support for organizations across Africa. Rehmah founded CEDA International, developing donor engagement strategies and mentorship programs to empower women in leadership and entrepreneurship. With a rich background in strategic advisory roles for various organizations, Rehmah has also contributed to mental health initiatives as a Board Trustee for StrongMinds and engaged in academic discussions at prestigious platforms such as the United Nations and Harvard University. Academic qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Western University and a Master's degree in Peace, Conflict and International Development from the University of Bradford.
