Rafaela Lima

Rafaela Lima is a seasoned professional in data science and analytics with a current role as a People Analytics Consultant at Rabobank, alongside serving as a Right Brains Ambassador and Mentor at RightBrains. Previously, Rafaela held several positions at EY, including Senior Consultant for Data Science and Data Engineering, where support was provided to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Rafaela was also a project manager for EY Ripples, focusing on corporate social responsibility. Additionally, experience includes various student trainee roles at Siemens and research positions at Technische Universität Berlin and ISEE.
