Dain Runestad

Dain has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry in technology, product management, and product development. Prior to joining RightCapital, Dain was Vice President of Product Development at Prudential Financial. At Prudential, he contributed to the design and development of numerous groundbreaking retirement products distributed through Wirehouses, Banks, Independent Broker/Dealers and Captive Agencies. He is an inventor of two unique product solutions which were issued patents by the U.S. Patent office. Dain earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Duke University, where he solidified his enjoyment of college basketball as a Cameron Crazy. His annual vacation is a trip to the Final Four, which he’s attended each of the last 19 years with his father and other family members.
