Brittany Back

Brittany Back is a food photographer and the co-founder of YYCFoodTrucks. Brittany has also worked as a Sales Supervisor at Michael Kors. Currently, they are working as a Demand Champion at Righteous Gelato.

Brittany has always been interested in food and photography. Brittany started their career as a photographer, specializing in food photography. In 2010, they co-founded YYCFoodTrucks, a company that brings street food culture to Calgary. Through their work with YYCFoodTrucks, Brittany has helped make Calgary a mecca for innovative food culture.

In their current position as Demand Champion at Righteous Gelato, Brittany is responsible for managing and executing the gelato company's demand planning process. Brittany works closely with the production team to ensure that the gelato is made to the highest standards and that customers are always satisfied.

Brittany started their education at Dr EP Scarlett High School. Brittany then went on to get their certification from Landmark in Landmark Forum.

Brittany Back reports to Jess Charbonneau, Director of Marketing. They work with Camila Tan - Experience Specialist, Customer Marketing - Not filled - Customer Marketing Manager.
