Frank Oelschlager has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Frank started their career in 1990 as a Project Engineer at Sutron Corporation, where they worked on various projects for clients such as the U.S. Air Force, Hoover Dam, and Singapore.
In 1995, they joined Deltek as a Senior Programmer/Analyst before moving on to become the Vice President of Engineering at Ecologic in 1996. At Ecologic, they played a key role in developing one of the first multi-tenant subscription-based software as a service applications for the telecom and media industries.

At SOALogix, Inc., Oelschlager held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations. Frank played a crucial role in bringing a data backplane and semantic integration engine to market, enabling complex integrations with minimal coding.
In 2009, Oelschlager joined SAP as the Vice President of Development and served in that role until 2012. During this time, they provided their expertise in product strategy and management, large-scale scaling, and due diligence for investment and M&A activities.
Since 2012, Oelschlager has been a Partner and Managing Director at Ten Mile Square Technologies, where they work closely with clients to align technology and business goals, facilitate technology modernization, and drive organizational transformation. Frank also provides services such as interim-CxO, market analysis, and strategy.
Most recently, in 2019, Oelschlager took on the role of Interim Chief Technology Officer at RightEye.
Frank Oelschlager earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College in 1990. Frank later pursued Computer Technology and Information Security at Drexel University but did not complete a degree.
