Brian Campbell

Head of Customer Success at RightHand Robotics

Brian Campbell is currently the Head of Customer Success at RightHand Robotics. Prior to this, they were with C&S Wholesale Grocers from July 2012 to May 2019, where they were Sr. Manager, Facilities Planning & Automation. In this role, Brian was responsible for managing a team with the goal of implementing value added automation to current or prospective warehouses.

Some notable accomplishments during their time at C&S Wholesale Grocers include successfully rolling out C&S’s first A-Frame to full volume in 8 weeks, as well as designing and developing a business case for A-Frame implementation with a 3 year payback. Brian was also involved in a project for company-wide data/reporting standardization via Qlikview/Tableau.

Before their time at C&S Wholesale Grocers, Brian did a Strategic Marketing Internship at Millipore from June 2011 to June 2012.

Brian Campbell has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Brian also has a certification from Villanova University in Black Belt Six Sigma.

They work with Lael Odhner - Co-Founder & CTO, Brendon Bielat - VP, Product, and Leif Jentoft - Co-Founder & Chief Stategy Officer. Their manager is Yaro Tenzer, Co-Founder & CEO.
