Jonathan Soyt

Jonathan Soyt is the Head of Solution Design at RightHand Robotics. Jonathan has over six years of experience in business and IT consulting, with a focus on troubled ERP system implementations. Jonathan has led cross-functional teams of 10+ through business process design, testing, and user training. Jonathan has also defined and managed multiple implementations with budgets and schedules of $300k-$500k and 6-9 months. In addition, they have directed technical consultants, functional consultants, and internal resources. Jonathan has also communicated expectations, progress, and roadblocks to senior leadership and partners. Prior to their current position, Jonathan was the Operations Project Manager at Automation Engineering Incorporated (AEi) from March 2014 to November 2016. Before that, they were an Analyst at Accenture from July 2012 to March 2014.

Jonathan Soyt completed a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University.

They work with Tom Barone - CFO, Lael Odhner - Co-Founder & CTO, and Larry Chin - Head of Sales. Their manager is Yaro Tenzer, Co-Founder & CEO.
