Dr. Benedikt M. Quarch

Dr. Benedikt M. Quarch has an extensive work experience. Dr. Benedikt M. is the Co-founder and Managing Director of RightNow Group since 2017. Since 2022, Dr. Quarch has also served as the Founder Editor of the LegalTech Journal at Nomos Verlagsgesellschaft and as an Advisor at Goyaa. Dr. Benedikt M. is also the Editor of ZdiW - Journal for Digital Economy Law at Wolters Kluwer Deutschland. In addition, Dr. Quarch has worked as a Curator at Werte-Stiftung since 2021 and as a Lecturer at HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich since 2021. Dr. Benedikt M. is an Early Stage Investor at QE Capital since 2020 and serves as a Senator at Deutscher Vergütungsrat since 2020. Dr. Quarch's previous experience includes working as a Research Assistant and PhD student at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2016 to 2019.

Dr. Benedikt M. Quarch began their education at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2011, where they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2015. In the same institution, they obtained their 1. Staatsexamen degree in Law in 2016. Dr. Benedikt M. then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, which they completed in 2016. Dr. Quarch furthered their education by attending McGill University as an exchange student in 2013, studying Law. Dr. Benedikt M. went on to earn their Ph.D. in Law (Dr. iur.) at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2019.
