Adelaine Ho

Adelaine Ho has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Adelaine is currently the Co-founder and CPTO of RightPaw, a platform for finding pets online. Before this, they worked as an Entrepreneur at Antler. Prior to that, Adelaine served as a Frontend Developer at Koala.com. Adelaine also had various roles at hipages, including Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, Front End Developer, and Head of Diversity and Inclusion / Technical Lead. Additionally, Adelaine worked as a Teaching Assistant at General Assembly and as a Web Developer at Uncle, Stella Design, Orion Creative, and Orbis Marketing. Adelaine has also been a speaker at SydCSS, where they discussed the challenges of dealing with legacy code in web development.

Adelaine Ho completed their Bachelor of Digital Media degree in 2005 at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). During their time at UNSW, they focused on studying 3D animation, motion graphics, and graphics design. Prior to attending university, Adelaine attended Island School from 1997 to 2001, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for that period. In addition to their formal education, Adelaine obtained a certification in Frontline Leadership from the Australian Institute of Management in December 2015.
