Richard Panter

Richard Panter has worked in a variety of roles and industries since 2004. Richard began their career as a Project Sales Manager at Western Dredge & Supply Company in 2004. In 2007, they took on the role of Project Manager and Marketing Consultant at Gibson Guitar. In 2008, they became an Account Executive at Entercom. From 2010 to 2013, they were Co-Founder of PongRock and Account Manager/Technical Recruiter at W6 Group. In 2012, they were an Accounts Director/Technical Recruiter at Proace Technology Services and a Math Tutor Volunteer at Austin Partners in Education. In 2018, they became Managing Partner of A&F Drum Company. Most recently, they have been the Founder/CEO of RightPlace Consulting, LLC since 2013.

Richard Panter attended Conroe High School from 1999 to 2003. Richard then went on to Texas State University, where they earned a BA in Organizational Communication from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they also attended Rapport Leadership International for Business/Corporate Communications and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
