Mark Gerard has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mark started their career as a Contractor for TEKsystems in 2007, designing aspects of a middle tier system for AT&T. In 2008, they joined Recursion Software, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed a new architecture for rapid enterprise application development on mobile platforms.

In 2010, Mark worked as a Consultant for TEKsystems, serving as a Senior Software Engineer with Agile at Southwest Airlines.
