Rachel Bedard

Rachel Bedard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel began their career as a Concessions employee at REGAL CINEMAS from August 2013 to August 2016. Rachel then worked as a Web Development Intern at Softheon from June 2016 to June 2017. Concurrently, they also served as the WISE Student Leadership Council Treasurer at Stony Brook University from August 2016 to May 2017, where they mentored junior members as a WISE Mentor. In 2017, Rachel joined Canon USA, initially as a Web Portal Development Intern & Trainee, responsible for maintaining Canon dealer extranet sites, assisting in analytics, and supporting various projects. Rachel then transitioned to the role of Web Operations Associate Specialist, working closely with the IT team to identify and resolve website issues, design web pages and articles, and implement UX/UI improvements. Rachel continued to enhance their skills and experience as a Freelance UX/UI and Graphic Designer at Rachel's Design Hub from February 2015 to the present. Most recently, they have joined Rightpoint as a Senior Interactive Designer since February 2021.

Rachel Bedard attended Stony Brook University from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Rachel'smajor was Applied Mathematics, and they minor in Digital Arts. Additionally, Rachel possesses a certification in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver, although the institution and dates of obtaining the certification are not provided.
