Matt Sedgwick

Matthew Sedgwick has extensive work experience in finance and healthcare. Matthew is currently the Chief Financial Officer at RightSite Health, a company specialized in reducing avoidable emergency department visits. Previously, they worked as a Senior Vice President at Formation Capital from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Capstone Logistics, LLC, including Senior Vice President of Finance / Acting Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, from 2012 to 2017. Matthew also worked as a Consultant from 2009 to 2012 and as a Director at MBF Healthcare Partners from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have experience at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, GE Capital, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs, where they held different analyst and managerial positions.

Matthew Sedgwick obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Georgia from 1991 to 1995. Matthew then pursued a Master of Accounting degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1996.
