Ellen Black

Ms. Black serves as Chief Legal Officer overseeing all of Righttime's legal affairs and supporting business development activities. Previously, Ms. Black served in a business development capacity and was involved in the operation of related healthcare entities. She has a background in corporate and securities law and spent time at the Securities and Exchange Commission prior to rejoining Righttime as general counsel.

Ms. Black serves on the Board of Directors and is a past president of the Maryland Medical Group Management Association.

Ms. Black attended the Honors Program at the University of Maryland where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned a Juris Doctor and Securities Law certificate from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Maryland.
