Darja Suskova

Darja Suskova began their work experience in 2009 as a Manager at Premier Restaurants Eesti AS, a role they held until 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to become a Customer Service Representative at Transcom, where they worked until 2016. In 2019, Darja joined Incoming Finland as a Digital Marketing Intern, a position they still hold as of 2021. In 2021, they also started working at Rightware as an Office Assistant, and in 2022, they became an Intern Office Assistant at the same company.

Darja Suskova earned their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Arcada University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Eesti Massaaži-ja Teraapiakool from 2013 to 2015, focusing on Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including "Planning a Career in User Experience," "UX Design: 1 Overview," and "UX Design: 2 Analyzing User Data" from Lynda.com in January 2019. Furthermore, they completed a course on "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" on Coursera in March 2016.
