Jacky Hood

Jacky Hood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in multi-discipline program management across various sectors, including electronic, software, cloud services, and professional services. Currently serving as an Advisor at Project Management World since January 2014, Jacky has contributed to the professional growth of project managers and program managers. As CEO of FieldDay Solutions, Inc. since 2004, Jacky focuses on developing web-based support for small companies lacking customer support and IT staff, while also managing a professional association. Previous roles include Director of Customer Care at Slam Dunk Networks, Americas’ Delivery Manager at Hewlett-Packard, and impactful positions at Sun Microsystems and multiple educational institutions. Jacky holds an MSEE from Carleton University and a BSEE from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
