Ron Luongo

Ron Luongo is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Principal Talent Consultant at Rightway since July 2023, Luongo focuses on simplifying healthcare through innovative technology and services. As a Founding Talent Advisor at Primary Venture Partners since September 2021, Luongo contributes to one of NYC's top early-stage VC firms. Previously, Luongo held leadership roles at Electric, where responsibilities included directing talent acquisition, and at Criteo, where multiple positions were held, including Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Technical Recruiter at Bond Street Group, LLC, and Dave Partners, LLC, specializing in the tech sector. Luongo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Quinnipiac University.
