Terrence O'Brien

Terrence O'Brien is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in pharmacy benefit management and clinical operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of PBM Clinical Operations at Rightway, O'Brien focuses on optimizing clinical strategies for PBM services. Previously, O'Brien founded Hillstead Pharmacy Advisors, providing consulting for pharmacy benefit programs, and held multiple executive roles at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included leading service delivery for the largest client and overseeing clinical functions for millions of lives. Additionally, O'Brien contributed to the establishment of a new pharmacy benefit at Bright Health and expanded leadership within Optum's Clinical Care Services. O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut.
