Kathy Gailes

Kathy Gailes has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as Director of Recruiting for RightWorks since January 2024 while working independently through HR Solutions, LLC. Prior to this role, Kathy served as Manager of Human Resources at Bernkopf Goodman LLP from June 2020 to December 2023 and as an HR Consultant at HR@Work, LLC from August 2016 to June 2020. Kathy's earlier positions include Manager of Human Resources at Palladium Group, Inc. from April 2006 to February 2016, Conference Producer at CBI Research from January 2003 to July 2005, Recruiter at Fairchild Networking from September 1999 to January 2003, and Conference Project Manager at DCI from October 1995 to June 1997. Kathy holds a degree from Bryant University, where education was completed from 1990 to 1994.
