Damith Sampath, PMP® has an extensive professional background in project management, starting as a Project Engineer at COLOMBO DOCKYARD PLC and working their way up to the Head of Project Management Office at RIGSERV. Throughout their career, Damith has demonstrated strong leadership skills in overseeing projects, managing project portfolios, and driving continuous improvement. Damith has experience working with various stakeholders, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Damith also has a background in Intellectual Property Rights management and holds a degree in Mechatronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia.
