Sadiq Damani

Sadiq Damani has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sadiq started their career in 2011 with work experience roles at Procter & Gamble and Barclays. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Strategist intern at AIESEC Egypt. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Project Manager and Client Coordinator at Pertemps. Sadiq then joined Oxford Knight Limited as an Associate Consultant & Account Manager, where they were later promoted in 2015.

In 2017, Sadiq founded The Weekly Muslim Coffee, a platform connecting Muslims over coffee. Sadiq then joined Theodo in 2022 as a Partner & Head of Strategy for a brief period of time. From 2016 to 2023, they worked at Theodo UK, holding various roles including Project Director, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Chief Commercial Officer, CEO, and Partner. Currently, they are working at Rihal as the Director of Strategy since January 2024.

Sadiq Damani attended the University of Birmingham from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics. In 2016, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
