Orkun Karagüllü

Orkun Karagüllü has a diverse work experience in different roles. Orkun currently works as a DataOps Engineer at RIIICO since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Deloitte from April 2022 to October 2022. Orkun also has experience as a Scientific Staff at the Steel Institute at RWTH Aachen University from January 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they were a Student Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen University from May 2019 to December 2020.

In 2018, Orkun worked as an intern at Aleris where they contributed to a project involving the integration of high strength aerospace alloy into the automotive industry. Orkun performed testing procedures based on a predetermined design of experiment and analyzed the results. Orkun also prepared a report for the company.

In 2015, Orkun had an internship at Assan Alüminyum.

Orkun Karagüllü completed their education in a field related to metallurgical engineering. Orkun obtained a Master of Engineering degree from RWTH Aachen University from 2016 to 2020, focusing on Metallurgical Engineering. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Metallurgical Engineering at Istanbul University from 2012 to 2016. For their high school education, Orkun attended Saint Joseph French High School from 2006 to 2011, where they specialized in Natural Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Orkun also pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Orkun completed a Data Science Certificate Program at Istanbul Technical University in October 2020. Furthermore, they obtained an AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services in September 2022 and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in May 2022.
