Sien Phua

Sien Phua has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career in 2015 as a Mining Equipment Analyst at AME Group, where they were responsible for identifying and analyzing mining equipment and establishing relationships with suppliers. In 2018, they joined Tapestry as a Sales Associate, achieving high key performance indicators and providing excellent customer service. In 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at Isotech Consult Pty Ltd, where they planned and implemented business plans, monitored project progress, and liaised with stakeholders. Currently, Sien Phua holds the position of Business Development Executive at Riipay, and will soon transition to the role of Director of Business Development.

Sien Phua attended Taylor's College in 2013, where they pursued a degree in South Australian Matriculation. However, the field of study for this degree is not provided. From 2014 to 2018, Sien Phua studied at RMIT University, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In January 2018, Sien Phua obtained the Australian Accredited Engineering Qualification Assessment certification from Engineers Australia.
