Benjamin Palmer has held various roles in the past five years, beginning with Director of Communications at Leo Hayes SRC in 2014. In 2015, they held the roles of Junior Team Canada Ambassador and Youth Outreach and Engagement Coordinator at Global Vision. Benjamin was also a Student Ambassador at the Pond-Deshpande Center. In 2016, they held the roles of Entrepreneurial Program Assistant and Marketing Intern at Ignite Fredericton, as well as Board Member, Board of Directors Youth Member, and Youth Representative - Marketing Commitee at NBTA Credit Union. In 2017, they were President of the UNB Business Administration Undergraduate Society. In 2018, they were Vice-President Student Life at UNB Student Union, and Executive Director (External) | CBSC 2018 at the Canadian Association of Business Students. In 2019, they held the roles of Product Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Specialist, and Connecting Associate at Riipen.

Benjamin Palmer's education history includes a Master of Education (MEd) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Toronto, a Fellowship Program from Venture for Canada, a (Honours) Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and Economics from the University of New Brunswick, and a high school diploma from Leo Hayes High School between 2010 and 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Conversational Marketing Certified certification from Drift in November 2019.
