Eleanor Buxton

Eleanor Buxton has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they began their career as a Neighbourhood Services Officer at Swan Housing Group, where they managed housing operations and tenant relations. Eleanor then joined Charityworks as a Graduate Trainee, where they underwent a comprehensive development program in charity management.

Afterwards, Buxton worked at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as a Widening Participation Assistant, providing administrative support and managing school visit programs. Eleanor also served as a Widening Participation Coordinator at LSE, overseeing tutoring schemes and managing external teaching teams.

In 2019, Buxton joined Jack.org as a Development Coordinator, focusing on data analysis and process systems design for fundraising and donor stewardship. Eleanor then moved to Youthful Cities as a Program Manager, working on social innovation programming and leading a remote team.

In 2021, Buxton joined Microsoft as a Community Engagement Program Manager, responsible for executing global community engagement programs and events. Eleanor later joined Future Skills Centre - Centre des Compétences futures as a Strategic Project Analyst, focusing on research, evaluation, and knowledge mobilization.

Buxton's most recent role was at VIBE Arts, where they served as a Board Member, contributing to the organization's strategic direction.

Currently, Buxton is a Project Manager for Strategic Projects at Riipen, where they oversee and manages various projects.

Eleanor Buxton completed their Bachelor's Degree in BSc Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended the Centre for Advanced Training - Trinity Laban Conservatoire from 2010 to 2013. At Trinity Laban, they focused on various aspects of contemporary dance, including technical training, choreography, and dance science.
