Rukan Khalil

Rukan Khalil is an experienced architect and technical designer currently employed at RIIS since October 2021, previously serving as an architect at ERIK arkitekter from January to September 2021. Rukan's professional background includes working as an architectural building designer for Aleppo Municipality, focusing on the planning and concept development of vacation houses and urban redevelopment in Old Aleppo from February 2016 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes graphic design at the Syrian Company for advertising, where Rukan developed information signs and printed graphic products, and surveying buildings at Barada for building. Rukan holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Aleppo, completed in 2018, and has been engaged in further education at Lærdansk since 2020.
