Brian Pfaff

Brian Pfaff, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Managing Director for Rijk Zwaan USA & Canada since June 2023. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at Mastronardi Produce Ltd. from July 2019 to June 2023, including Controller, Finance Manager, and Assistant Controller, where responsibilities encompassed preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and assisting in budget preparation. Brian's experience also includes serving as an MBA-PAS Professional Marker at the University of Windsor from May 2019 to October 2020, where feedback and coaching were provided to CPA preparatory students. Previously, at PwC from June 2015 to July 2019, Brian worked as a Senior Associate, focusing on financial analysis and managing financial statement audits in accordance with multiple accounting standards. Brian Pfaff’s educational qualifications include a CPA designation from CPA Canada, an MBA with a specialization in Professional Accounting from the University of Windsor, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, also from the University of Windsor.
