Cristian Toma is a highly experienced professional in the field of seed production and agronomy, currently serving as a Top Cross Production Specialist at Rijk Zwaan since June 2024. Prior to this role, Cristian worked at Hazera Seeds from August 2021 to May 2024 as a Seed Production Specialist, managing domestic and supervising seed productions in Crucifers. Cristian's extensive career also includes positions as Field Production Manager at Lidea Seeds and Quality Crops Agro, where responsibilities included fulfilling production objectives and improving customer service experiences.
