Leon Geutjes is a seasoned registrar with extensive experience in museum management and collection registration. Currently serving as a Registrar at Rijksmuseum since April 2018, Leon has previously held the same title at Dordrechts Museum from June 2014 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing inbound and outbound loan transactions and maintaining contact with various stakeholders. Prior roles include Junior Conservator at Stichting De Pieterskerk, where Leon conducted research and guided restoration projects, and interim Registrar at Museum De Lakenhal, handling collection management tasks and facilitating communication with other institutions. Leon's educational background includes a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Leiden University.
