Caspar Teeuwen

Caspar Teeuwen is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in advisory and consultancy roles. Currently serving as an Adviseur Inkoop Vastgoed at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf since September 2025, Teeuwen also owns Teeuwen Vastgoed Consultancy, providing interim management and consulting services to both public and private sector real estate users and owners. Previous positions include Directeur at Stichting Sint Pieters en Bloklands Gasthuis Cultureel Erfgoed and Stichting Sint Pieters en Bloklands Gasthuis Beleggingen, as well as interim roles such as Bestuursadviseur Vastgoed en Strategie at KwadrantGroep. Teeuwen has also held various advisory positions in real estate, including roles at EQUILIS, Bouwinvest, and Woonzorg Nederland, while contributing as a freelance lecturer at NCOI Techniek & Veiligheid. Teeuwen holds a Bachelor of Science in Commercieel Technische Bedrijfskunde from De Haagse Hogeschool and has a strong educational background from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Marianum College Venlo.
