Jasper Hoogers

Jasper Hoogers is currently serving as Afdelingshoofd at Rijkswaterstaat NOVA since November 2022, leading a team of approximately 20 professionals and 15 interns in various roles including project management and HR. Prior to this, Jasper held multiple senior positions at Ahold Delhaize from March 2013 to December 2022, including Senior Social Innovation Advisor and Senior Proposition Manager for Albert Heijn Ecommerce, where responsibilities encompassed developing digital solutions and managing the introduction of innovative services like checkout-free shopping and electronic shelf labels. Jasper's educational background includes an Executive program in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School and an Executive program in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan, complemented by a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor in Human Movement Sciences from VU Amsterdam.
