Cedric van Velthoven has extensive experience in the field of traffic management and nautical operations, currently serving as a strategic advisor in the Nautical Operations and Shipping Guidance team at Rijkswaterstaat since September 1996. In this role, Cedric is responsible for shaping the client role for the LUV-VTS project. Previously, Cedric worked as a business analyst focusing on the coordination between operational procedures, the national VWM organization, and technical departments, emphasizing functional frameworks and the development of uniform workplace components. Cedric's career began at Arcadis, where Cedric worked as a traffic engineer. Cedric holds a degree in Traffic Engineering from Breda University of Applied Sciences, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
