Dick Boland

Dick Boland is an experienced water management professional with a robust background in innovation and policy. Currently serving as Sr. Adviseur Innovatie 'Water en Klimaat(adaptatie)' at Rijkswaterstaat since April 2020, Boland previously held multiple strategic advisor roles at Waterschap De Dommel from May 2004 to April 2020, focusing on policy and innovation in watershed systems. Early career positions include Projectleider roles at Ingenieursbureau BCC and CLM Onderzoek en Advies BV, as well as a project collaboration position at Landinrichtingsdienst Zuid-Holland. Boland holds a Master's degree in Fysische Geografie from Utrecht University, attained from 1987 to 1993.
