Esther Hemel

Esther Hemel has extensive experience in project management within Rijkswaterstaat, holding positions such as Manager Projectbeheersing for significant projects including A16 Rotterdam and various components of the Afsluitdijk, as well as roles focused on program management and advising. Prior to this, Esther worked as a Mobility Advisor at Organizational Coaching, providing guidance on mobility-related challenges for large organizations. Early career experience includes a role as Projectmedewerker at NHTV, assisting first-year Urban Design students and contributing to the development of a new degree program. Esther holds a Master of Science degree in Urban Design and Planning from Eindhoven University of Technology.
