Femmy Offringa-Tijs

Femmy Offringa-Tijs currently serves as a Risicomanager for various projects, including the dijkversterking Neder-Betuwe and A27 Houten - Hooipolder, with experience at Waterschap Rivierenland and Rijkswaterstaat since May 2024 and April 2024, respectively. At Via Diagonalis since January 2021, Offringa-Tijs is a co-owner and previously held a position as Senior Risicomanager at Gemeente Den Haag from April 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included implementing risk management in high-risk projects.
