Hussein Rasoul

Hussein Rasoul is a civil engineering professional with extensive experience in technical advising and project management within infrastructure and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Technisch adviseur at Rijkswaterstaat since July 2023, Hussein also operates as the Eigenaar of HAR Projecten, providing consultancy for civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Previously, roles included Technisch manager for Project PCN Maas at Idverde NL and various positions at SPIE Infra Network Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed logistics, environmental management, and FTTH installations. Hussein's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Salahaddin University-Erbil and further studies at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
