Jan Oudelaar

Jan Oudelaar is a seasoned advisor specializing in noise and environmental management, with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as an Advisor for sound, environment, and living environment at Rijkswaterstaat since August 2016, Jan has previously contributed to the Gemeente Alkmaar and M+P, where responsibilities included advising on various projects and conducting numerous acoustic studies related to traffic noise and environmental acoustics. Jan has also held roles focused on sound expertise within regional services and has experience in overseeing noise-related programs for highway projects. Educational qualifications include a PAO program in Environmental Sound from 2008 to 2009 and a degree from the University of Groningen.
