Jasper Bogers

Jasper Bogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development, IT consulting, and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer and Scrum Master at Rijkswaterstaat, Jasper also holds the title of Senior Information Technology Consultant at JDriven. Previous roles include Senior Software Developer and Interim Product Owner at Intergamma, where responsibilities encompassed backend and security-focused full-stack development, as well as cross-team sustainability initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as a Tech Lead at Portbase and a CI/CD Consultant at Eneco, along with various consultancy roles in DevOps and Agile practices. In addition to technology, Jasper is a musician involved in Opaque Mass, a solo project that encompasses music composition and production. Jasper holds a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Computer Science from Avans Hogeschool Breda and has pursued language studies in Japanese.
