Marc Rietman

Marc Rietman has extensive experience in sound and environmental quality advisory roles, currently serving as an Adviseur geluid en leefomgeving at Rijkswaterstaat since January 2017. Previously, Marc worked at dBvision as an Adviseur geluid en luchtkwaliteit, focusing on providing clear solutions and advice to clients. Earlier roles at Rijkswaterstaat included advising on noise regulations under the new Omgevingswet. A consultant at Witteveen+Bos for over 17 years, Marc specialized in various aspects of noise and vibration control, contributing to environmental technology and urban planning projects. Early in the career, Marc held project leadership positions at Cauberg-Huygen and assistant project leadership at Tebodin. Educationally, Marc earned an MSc in Biomechanical Engineering from the University of Twente.
