Marcel Aelmans

Marcel Aelmans has extensive experience in project management and advisory roles within Rijkswaterstaat, serving since March 1997 in various senior adviser positions, including Sr. Adviseur Projectbeheersing and Sr. Adviseur Capaciteitsmanagement. Responsibilities have included advising department heads, managing project control cycles, and overseeing a team of 15 employees in support activities. Prior to Rijkswaterstaat, Marcel worked as a Contract Manager at Stork Limburg from September 1992 to February 1997.
