Marcel van Seeters

Marcel van Seeters is a seasoned professional in the fields of construction materials and soil management, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Rijkswaterstaat since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Leader and Team Leader at GEONIUS from July 2018 to September 2024, and Senior Project Leader at RSK Netherlands, where Marcel established a new branch. Additional experience spans consulting roles at Geofoxx, where Marcel served as both a Consultant and Enforcement Advisor for Gemeente Goirle, and previous leadership positions at Tauw and Ingenieursbureau Mol.
