Michel Dam

Michel Dam is a seasoned professional in public procurement and contract management, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor for Procurement at Rijkswaterstaat since December 2008. In addition to this role, Michel holds positions on the Tender Board for Services and Deliveries and as a Procurement and Contract Manager, with extensive expertise in procurement and market strategies, European tendering procedures, procurement law, and contract management for infrastructure projects.
