Naomi Heijnen

Naomi Heijnen currently serves as a Senior Adviseur Verkeer en V vervoer and Regisseur Assetmanagement at Rijkswaterstaat since February 2020, overseeing asset management teams for roads. Previously, Naomi worked at Provincie Limburg from September 2013 to February 2020 as a Beleidsmedewerker Mobiliteit en Openbaar Vervoer, focusing on managing public transport concession development and stakeholder engagement. Additional experience includes a trainee position at the Gemeente Sittard-Geleen, involvement at Alliander in soil reporting, and a research fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Naomi holds a Master of Science in Planologie and a Bachelor of Science in Sociale Geografie & Planologie from Radboud University, alongside a VWO diploma from Porta Mosana College.
