Richard Hoogland

Richard Hoogland is an experienced informatiemanager at Rijkswaterstaat since December 2020, specializing in information management and project control for construction and maintenance processes. In addition to this role, Richard leads a knowledge pool focused on planning management, facilitating collaboration among project control advisors. Prior to this, Richard worked at Critical Minds from March 2014 to December 2020 as a Critical Mind in the construction market team, where responsibilities included improving project efficiency and applying LEAN principles. Richard also held the position of project management consultant, driving process improvements across various organizational levels. Earlier in Richard's career, roles included assistant designer at Denc Netherlands B.V. and architectural draftsman at Brabanders Bouw en Advies Bureau, among other positions. Richard holds a Master of Science degree in Architecture from Delft University of Technology, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
