Welmoed Vollers

Welmoed Vollers is an experienced asset manager and project manager currently working at Rijkswaterstaat since November 2020, specializing in water support points. Prior to this role, Welmoed was a project leader at Arcadis from May 2013 to October 2020, focusing on building design, engineering, energy, and telecommunications.
