Frank Arnoldus

Frank Arnoldus is an experienced manager in the fields of marketing, education, and communication, currently serving as Manager Marketing, Instroom & Communicatie at Rijn IJssel since September 2021. Frank has held various leadership positions, including Stafmanager Marketing & Communicatie and Teamleider Onderwijs, where responsibilities have included team management and the development of educational policies.
