Eva Koffeman

Eva Koffeman is a pediatric allergist at Rijnstate, where they have worked since 2020. They previously served as a pediatric fellow in allergology at UMC Utrecht from 2016 to 2020 and gained international experience as a visiting scholar at UC San Diego from 2004 to 2006. In addition to clinical work, Eva is actively involved in research and guidelines surrounding cow's milk allergy and Food Protein Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES). They also contribute to educational initiatives, aiming to provide accurate information to parents and children through various platforms.
