Amit Kumar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with significant experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Manager at RIKAS Hospitality Group since February 2022, Amit has previously held roles including Corporate Assistant Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist at Bin Jumah Group. Amit's journey in human resources began at Hilton Hotels Worldwide, where roles included Human Resources Executive, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Trainee. Amit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from The University of Bolton, as well as a high school diploma in Accounting and Finance from Indian High School, Ras Al Khaimah.
